أعلن مجلس إدارة النادي الأهلي، برئاسة محمود الخطيب، رسميًا، عن التعاقد مع الجنوب إفريقي بيتسو موسيماني مديرًا فنيًا لفريق الكرة الأول، وإنهاء التعاقد مع المدرب رينيه فايلر، ليُصبح أول مدير فني جنوب إفريقي يتولى قيادة القلعة الحمراء.

يمتلك موسيماني مسيرة جيدة حيث حقق العديد من البطولات مع صن داونز الجنوب إفريقي، ونجح في أن يجعل من الفريق ندًا للأندية الكبرة في القارة السمراء.

رحل فايلر عن قيادة الأهلي رسميًا بعد مباراة الفريق بالأمس أمام الترسانة في دور الـ16 ببطولة كأس مصر، والتي انتهت بفوز الأحمر بهدفين مقابل هدف، مستغلاً للبند المعلن في عقده الذي يسمح له بفسخ التعاقد خلال الفترة من 1 أكتوبر حتى 10 من الشهر نفسه.

وظهر بيتسو موسيماني في بث مباشر “لايف” خلال تواجده في مطار جنوب إفريقيا قبل ساعات، استعدادًا لوصوله إلى القاهرة، حيث من المنتظر أن يتواجد في مقر القلعة الحمراء غدًا الجمعة، لا سيما وأن رحلة السفر بين مصر وجنوب إفريقيا تستغرق نحو 19 ساعة.

ويأتي تولي موسيماني قيادة الأهلي في توقيت صعب، حيث يرتبط المارد الأحمر بمباراتين مهمتين أمام الوداد البيضاوي المغربي، في نصف نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا، حيث من المقرر أن تُقام مباراة الذهاب في المغرب يوم 17 من أكتوبر الجاري، على أن تُقام مباراة العودة في مصر يوم 23 من الشهر نفسه. ويستعرض “بطولات” أبرز ما قدمه موسيماني في مسيرته التدريبية قبل تولي تدريب الأهلي رسميًا ..

يبلغ بيتسو موسيماني من العمر 56 عاما، حيث إنه من مواليد 26 يوليو 1964، بمدينة كاجيسو جاوتنج بجنوب إفريقيا.

بدأ موسيماني العمل التدريبي في عام 2001، وقاد فريق سوبر سبورت يونايتد بجنوب إفريقيا حتى 2007، بمعدل 4842 يومًا، وحقق معهم بطولة الدوري الجنوب إفريقي وبطولة الكأس وكأس الثمانية الكبار بجنوب إفريقيا.

ثم تم تعيينه مساعد مدرب لمنتخب جنوب إفريقيا في حقبتي البرازيلي كارلوس ألبيرتو بيريرا وجويل سانتانا خلال الفترة من 2006 حتى 2010.

وعقب نهاية كأس العالم 2010 والتى أقيمت فى جنوب إفريقيا وخروج البافانا بافانا، تمت إقالة كارلوس ألبيرتو بيريرا، وتم تعيين موسيماني مدرباً لمنتخب بلاده، واستمر 691 يومًا.

تولى موسيماني تدريب منتخب جنوب أفريقيا خلال الفترة من 2010 حتى 2012، ولم يحقق أي نجاحات وتعرض للإقالة، حيث خاض خلالهم 17 مباراة حقق الفوز في 6 لقاءات وتعادل في 8 مواجهات وهُزم في 3 مباريات، وشارك معه 72 لاعبًا.

فيما تولى القيادة الفنية لـ ماميلودي صن داونز من 2012 حتى 2020، بمعدل 2860 يومًا حتى الأمس، وأضاف العديد من البطولات إلى الفريق، أبرزها 5 بطولات دوري محلي، بالإضافة إلى لقب دوري أبطال إفريقيا لأول مرة في تاريخ النادي على حساب الزمالك 2016، وتأهل بهم إلى كأس العالم للأندية، ثم قادهم للقب السوبر الإفريقي 2017.

وشهد تدريبه لصن داونز خوض 332 مباراة، حقق الفوز في 187 مواجهة، وتعادل في 78 لقاء، وهُزم في 67 مباراة، وشارك معه 90 لاعبًا.

واستطاع موسيماني أن يفوز على الزمالك في نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا، وقاد صن داونز إلى التتويج باللقب بعد غياب 15 عامًا في 2016.

أولى مواجهاته أمام الأهلي مع صنداونز حقق فيها الفوز على المارد الأحمر بخماسية دون رد، وألحق بالأهلي أكبر هزيمة في تاريخ الأندية المصرية، وإجمالا واجه الأهلي في 4 مباريات، حقق الفوز في مباراة وتعادل في مثلها وتلقى هزيمة في مباراتين.

موسيماني لم ينجح مع صن داونز في تخطي الوداد في دوري الأبطال، وانتهت النتائج دائمًا بخروج صن دوانز من البطولة، حيث واجه الفريق المغربي في 10 مباريات من قبل نجح في الفوز في 3 مباريات وتعادل في مثلهم وهُزم في 4 مباريات، ولكن العقدة تتمثل في توديعه لمنافسات دوري أبطال إفريقيا أمام الوداد مرتين الأولى في ربع النهائي 2017، ونصف النهائي في 2019، ومن المنتظر أن تكون المواجهة الثالثة بينهما في أدوار اقصائية مع الأهلي هذه النسخة، بل وبعد أيام قليلة من توليه المسئولية الفنية للفريق.

هاجم محمد الخولي نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة المصري، إمام عاشور لاعب الزمالك لتسببه في استفزاز لاعبي الفريق البورسعيدي خلال المباراة التي جمعت بينهما ضمن منافسات الدوري الممتاز.

وقال محمد الخولي في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر قناة ام بي سي مصر: “لا بد أن يكون هناك عقوبة من مرتضى منصور على إمام عاشور وليس فرجاني ساسي فقط”.

وأكمل: “إمام عاشور ليس اللاعب اللي يلعب باسم نادي الزمالك والأهلي، وهو في منتهى قلة الأدب ويرتدي قميص الأبيض”.

وتابع: “اللاعبين أشباه إمام عاشور هي من تفسد العلاقة بين الأندية، وتحدثت مع أحمد جلال إبراهيم في هذا الأمر”.

وأردف: “عاشور استفز لاعبي المصري بعد المباراة وليست أول مرة من هذا اللاعب بالتحديد يفعل مثل هذه الأمور، لا بد أن يكون موقف مع إدارة الزمالك ضد هذا اللاعب”.

Newcastle know they need to spend wisely in the summer if they want to improve their league standing next season.

Currently, the Magpies will be confident of avoiding relegation now that they’re six points away from the relegation zone.

But that shouldn’t stop the players performing to the very best of their abilities. Indeed, if anything they need to continue their fine form to ensure they stay away from playing Championship football next season.

Rafa Benitez is a fantastic manager that Newcastle fans everywhere are begging to stay at the club.

With the ability to spend in the summer, that is something he may do and a player who should be top of his list is Genk’s Leandro Trossard.

Trossard, (who is valued at £12.6 million on Transfermarkt) has enjoyed a superb individual season with Genk in the Belgian Pro League, exactly like he did last campaign as well.

He may go unnoticed because of the inferior league he currently plays in but that shouldn’t distract a team like Newcastle taking a risk on him.

With an outstanding return of 18 goals and eight assists so far this season, the winger has more than proven his worth, hence the interest from the likes of Arsenal – as per Football.London last month.

But although a move to Emirates Stadium might be more glamorous than a club like Newcastle, with the latter, he will be guaranteed game-time and gain the opportunity to become the latest star at St James’ Park, whereas with Arsenal it would be a lot harder to do that.

Having already taken a punt on Miguel Almiron who played in the MLS, a highly-rated star that is soon to break into Belgian’s national team hardly seems like a potential mistake.

Despite going through a “difficult patch” according to Garry Monk, City fans are literally showing their support for him and their team in numbers, with over 5,600 of them travelling to Deepdale this weekend for the game against Preston.

It is a clear show of faith from supporters who remember where they were a year ago, and is something that does not surprise Monk in the slightest.

The manager was aware that many were left frustrated by an abject performance in their home defeat to Millwall on Wednesday, and agreed that the dissent from the stands on the final whistle were “thoroughly deserved”.

Speaking to Birmingham Live about the fans, he said: “We have done that quite a few times this season [taken huge numbers to away games], the attendances at home and away have improved this season.

“That just shows how much the belief of the fans has come back in this team. Yes we are in a difficult patch – but what are we going to do about it?

“We are going to stick together – that’s the way it is. That’s what we do at this club, that’s been the mentality at this club for a long, long time. What are we going to do? Turn on each other? No chance. We have come too far to do that.

“I understood on Wednesday night, there were some frustrations at the end – but thoroughly deserved. We appreciate that, we are an honest group of people here.”

The travelling numbers will be hoping for an improvement off the pitch, and if the players could show the level of commitment the supporters do week upon week, then Birmingham would be right up there in the promotion mix.

Monk will be hoping for a reaction from his team, and if he does not get one from the players, he is certainly getting it from the fans.

Loads of Rangers fans have been reacting to an impressive international performance, as Borna Barisic grabbed his first Croatia goal on Wednesday night.

أجرى السويسري رينيه فايلر، المدير الفني السابق للنادي الأهلي، حوارًا صحفيًا، تحدث فيه مجددًا عن رحيله من تدريب القلعة الحمراء.

ورحل فايلر في 1 أكتوبر الماضي عن الأهلي، بعد أن تم فسخ العقد بالتراضي، حسب ما تنص عليه أحد البنود في عقد المدرب السويسري، أن يرحل في الفترة من 1 حتى 10 أكتوبر بدون شرط جزائي.

المدرب السويسري في موسم واحد مع نادي القرن الإفريقي، استطاع أن يتوج بالسوبر المصري، والتأهل إلى نصف نهائي دوري أبطال أفريقيا، وحصد لقب الدوري المصري الممتاز، ولكن قرر وضع حد لمسيرته مع المارد الأحمر والعودة إلى بلاده مرة أخرى، بسبب عائلته، بحسب ما أكد في كل تصريحاته لوسائل الإعلام مؤخرًا.

وردًا على “كان يُمكنك الفوز بدوري أبطال إفريقيا مع الأهلي، كيف قررت الاستغناء عن الأمر؟”، قال: “فترة كورونا ليست سهلة لأحد، لقد رأيت عائلتي مرة واحدة فقط في الأشهر الثمانية الماضية، واضطررت لركوب طائرة خاصة للوصول لهم”.

وأضاف في تصريحات لصحيفة “سويس نيوز بورتال” السويسرية: “كان لديّ بند في عقدي لجأت إليه واضطررت إلى إعادة تقييم الوضع برمته، الأسرة هي أولويتي، لهذا السبب قررنا معًا أنّ هذه المغامرة ستنتهي للأسف في وقت مُبكر مما هو مُخطط له”.

وبسؤاله “هل تتخيل العودة مرة أخرى لمصر؟”، أجاب: “لست مُتأكدًا من ذلك، ولكن أنا نجحت في تدريب أكبر نادٍ في إفريقيا، وهذا يفتح لي الأبواب، الآن سأظل في المنزل قليلًا”.

وبسؤاله “ألم يكن بالإمكان أنّ ينتظر هذا القرار لبضعة أسابيع أخرى؟”، أجاب: “لديّ ابن عمره ست سنوات، وهناك مسؤوليات أخرى، بالإضافة إلى أنه كان هناك حالة من عدم اليقين!”.

وردًا على “لقب دوري الأبطال كان سيجلب لك نصف ميلون فرانك، كيف قررت الرحيل؟، أوضح: “لا أتحدث أبدًا عن المال لوسائل الإعلام، والمال بالنسبة لي أمرًا ثانويًا، وعائلتي أكثر أهمية من المال بكثير”.

وأردف: “لقد مررت بالعديد من اللحظات التي كنا نحترم فيها بعضنا البعض مع المسؤولين في الأهلي، كرة القدم مثل العلاقات الإنسانية، إذا لم يعد المرء راضيَا عن شيء، ذلك يؤدي إلى خلافات وانفصال”.

وأتبع: “ولكن أنت عليك أنّ تقوم بعمل جيد، وبالنسبة لي من المهم أنّ يكون لديّ علاقة جيدة مع الموظفين السابقين، لقد تلقيت الكثير من الشكر على العمل الذي قمت به في مصر، المعظم كانوا راضين للغاية عما تحقق، والأمور انتهت بشكل إيجابي”.

واسترسل: “لقد تعلمت العديد من الأشياء في تجربتي مع الأهلي، الحياة مختلفة تمامًا في القاهرة، والثقافة والعقلية، والمناخ مُختلف اختلافًا كبيرًا عن سويسرا، بالنسبة لي كل يوم كان هناك تحد جديد، وعدت بالكثير من الخبرة”.

If she is a fan of romance movies, she’d love it if you bought her a blu-ray of the Fifty Shades trilogy, Titanic or Doctor Zhivago. All movies that a romantic would love, but from vastly different eras.

Football is the same. When considering what you should buy for the fans, an owner should be thinking: who would the fans like enough to keep attending matches?; What type of player would they appreciate pulling on the jersey?; Who could we get the best out of and could win us games?

The answer to these questions does not always fall into a particular blueprint. Some will be exciting youngsters, others will be experienced professionals.

But at Newcastle United, those questions seem somewhat irrelevant. Particularly, it seems, in the case of current loan striker Salomón Rondón.

The Daily Star reports that Mike Ashley is set to torpedo a deal to sign the Venezuelan international at the end of the season because he is 29-years-old, and in the controversial owner’s mind, that is too old.

Forget the fact that he has been in the form of his life this season. Forget too that his goals are the reason that the Magpies look set to secure Premier League survival. Forget, also, that his failure to stay at Newcastle is likely to see him end up at a top flight rival.

Those facts seem to mean nothing to the high street mogul. Because if they’re not under-25, they’re not worth it.

It is a short-sighted view, despite his insistence that it is a long-term strategy.

It is misguided, and destined to fail. The enthusiasm of youth is a fantastic commodity to have at a club — but it must be mixed with experience.

Without someone with the guile and nous of what it takes to succeed at the highest level, how are those youngsters going to hone their talent, discover the tricks, or hear the words of wisdom, that the older pros can offer them?

Rafa Benitez knows this, which is why he wants full control over incoming transfers at St James’ Park. He knows what the experienced players can do to benefit a club — off the field as well as on it.

It is why Newcastle should do everything to keep Rondón at the club.

Getting value for money does not always mean developing a player to increase his value when he reached his peak, as Ashley thinks.

It means having a player who can be a role-model for the younger ones through his performances on the pitch. Someone who can be a voice in the dressing room to encourage them when things are not going well. Who can teach and guide them in training.

That is value for money. That is what can help you get the best out of your younger players. That is the long-term strategy that is needed to build a successful football club.

Mike Ashley does not see it, or think, that way, and it is yet another sign — were any more needed — that he knows nothing about running a football club, and why 52,000 fans are praying for the day that the ‘SOLD’ sign appears outside their stadium.

كشف نجيب ساويرس رجل الأعمال عن رغبته في شراء النادي الأهلي، موضحًا أنه لن يتأخر عن دعم النادي إذا طٌلب منه ذلك.

وقال ساويرس في تصريحات تلفزيونية عبر فضائية أون تام سبورت: “لابد أن يتم تنظيم العملية الكروية في مصر”.

وتابع: “أتمنى أن يصدر قانون في مصر يسمح للشركات الخاصة أن تتملك الأندية بطريقة أفضل من المتواجدة حاليًا بحيث أن يتوجد لدينا أندية مثل مانشستر سيتي وليفربول”.

وأكمل: “وإذا توفر هذا الأمر سأقوم بشراء شركة النادي الأهلي، لأنني أنتمي له منذ الصغر، وأري أن الأندية لابد أن يكون بها إدارات جيدة”.

وأضاف: “لكي تستطيع إدارة نادي بشكل جيد وتعظم موارده لابد أن يتواجد أشخاص على دراية كاملة حول الأمور التسويقية والفنية والإدارية”.

وأردف: “أنتمي للأهلي منذ الصغر وأنا من جيل طه إسماعيل وصالح سليم وكنت أحضر مبارياتهما”.

وبسؤاله عن موقفه إذا طلب النادي الأهلي دعمه، قال: “بالطبع لن أتاخر في دعم النادي الأهلي في أي وقت”.

وعن الأرقام التسويقية للنادي الأهلي أجاب مختتمًا: “الأرقام التسويقية للنادي قليلة سوء في الرعاية أو إذاعة المباريات”.
